Hit the Ground Running

Welp, spring is finally warming up here in the mountains. It was nice knowin’ ya…. I’ll just be over here tucked behind piles of composting pig shit, or straps of new bits and leather, or mountains of fresh chevre from the goats milk, or heaps of little seedlings waiting patiently to go in the ground, or countertops with flats of washed eggs, or freezers full of newly processed beef, or brooders full of young layers and turkeys…you get the picture. I’ll give a holler when I come up for air, which will hopefully be sooner rather than later – after all, I am starting to smell like a rather unkempt man. Exactly how did these acres get to be so crowded? Anyone….?
